Quality of Service/Work Performed

At C-2 we accomplish projects by maintaining high material standards and quality craftsmanship. Our Quality Control Plan operates through proven processes and methods that maintain proper checks and balances with inspections and owner visibility.

The unique nature of each facility, variability in the workforce, multitude of subcontractors, and the costs of making necessary investments in education and procedures make programs of total Quality Control (QC) in construction difficult. C-2 is committed to quality and the goal of total QC. We provide training, education, and materials to personnel in an effort to emphasize these high-quality standards. We also conduct daily meetings with all staff to identify, discuss, and solve productivity or quality problems.
