Performance of Work: This project called for all Labor, Materials and Supervision to Construct Railhead Phase 1 (Construct two rail spurs converging into one rail line into the site), additional 610 TF of siding, Multi-Level Ramp, Scale, Helipad, and Railhead Phase 2 (the construction of a new 9,640 SF Operations Control Building, fencing and gates, site lighting, electrical distribution, security and communications networks, potable water supply including fire suppression system, sanitary sewer system including lift station and storm water drainage network). |
